Dear Mess Member, thank you for booking the Senior Officers' Mess (SO's Mess) Lunch. To assist us in preparing the venue and catering, please kindly fill in this form and submit it to the SO's Mess Manager by clicking the "SUBMIT" button.

As required by the HKI Region Security Officer, please either arrange to receive your guests at the Caine House Compound Guard Post and escort them to the Mess if they do not have the right of access or, if they know the way to the Mess, then you may leave their names with the Caine House Compound Guard Post or security post inside the main building in order that entry without escort may be allowed.
