Senior Officers' Mess Winter Mess Night

The
Senior Officers'; Mess
Winter Mess Night will be
held on 22 November 2017 (Wednesday) at the Senior Officers'; Mess, Caine House. The Heads of
the Immigration Department, the Customs and Excise Department, the Fire
Services Department, the Correctional Services Department and Government
Flying Service are all invited to be our honoured
guests.
2. The menu for the evening is attached,
which offers a choice of beef or fish as a main course, as well as a
vegetarian option.
3. Seats will be allocated on a
first-come-first-served basis. I should be grateful if officers wishing
to attend would notify Ms Mandy LING via email <ps-to-so-to-cp@police.gov.hk>
as early as practicably and not later than 4 October 2017 (WED). When
doing so, please indicate you preferred menu option by using the attached booking
form in MS Word format.

wish to attend the Senior Officers'; Mess Night on 22 November 2017 (Wednesday).
An order
of proceedings is also attached for your information.
Please
check the attendance list to confirm your booking, name and menu
selection. Should there be any amendments required, please notify Ms
Mandy LING by PEN (ps-to-so-to-cp) or by telephone at 2860 2153 on 10
November 2017 at the latest. A nil return is not required.
The
food order will be placed with the caterers that afternoon, so any
officers withdrawing from the function after the food has been booked may
still be billed.
